You can easily add more credits to your account. Log into your SiteRecon account. Click on the Profile button in the top right corner and select "Manage Subscriptions". Scroll to the "Active Subscripton" section and Click on Update Subscription button. Select the "Update Credits Addon" option and add credits to your account.

No. The subscription amount is charged only for admins and creators. Viewers are absolutely free.
No, the entire workspace comes on the same subscription plan.
Yes, different workspaces can be on different subscription plans. For example, in case of 2 workspaces, one can be on the Professional plan, and the other one can be on the Teams plan.
User subscription is charged on pro rated basis. When you add any admin or creator in the workspace, subscription amount will be charged only for the remaining days of that month.
When you remove any creator/admin from the workspace, subscription amount for those users will not be charged from the next month onwards.
If the payment could not be collected from the saved payment method, then you will be notified with an email to update the payment method. Failing to do so within 1 weeek of payment failure will automatically cause your workspace to default to the “Essential” Plan.
When you downgrade your plan, the new subscription charges will come into effect from the next billing cycle. For example, if you downgrade your plan to “Essential” from “Professional”, the plan for that month is going to remain the same, but this change will reflect in your workspace from the next billing cycle.
In the “Manage Subscription” section of your workspace, there is an option to “Manage Payment Method”. You can use it to change/update the payment method.
